What factors affect the price?
All our jewelry is handmade in 9 or 18 karat gold. Therefore, the price varies depending on the
• the quantity of gold present in the jewel, therefore whether it is 9 or 18 carat gold (if you don't know the difference, consult our section with the most frequently asked questions ) and therefore the final weight of the jewel
• the presence or absence of precious or semi-precious stones and the quantity
• from the particularity

Our artisans are on summer break: this jewel is custom-made and will be crafted starting in September.

Absolutely yes, all Jas Gold jewels are in pure 9 or 18 carat gold.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, chemicals and chlorine.
- If it darkens, clean it with a soft cloth specifically designed for gold or with warm water and a neutral detergent.
- Always dry it carefully.
- Protect gems and natural stones from scratches and temperature changes, because they are not repairable.
- For jewelry with settings, use a soft-bristled toothbrush gently.

If the size you chose is wrong, and:
• you purchased the ring sizer , we can fix it for free; you will only have to pay the shipping costs of €20 in total (for outward and return shipping).
• you have not purchased the ring sizer , the cost of the repair service is €20 to which must be added the shipping costs of €20 in total (for outward and return shipping).
