All jewels are in pure gold, 9 or 18 carats. On the page of each individual jewel you will find all the information about it. NB no, they are not gold plated: they are pure gold!

The main difference between 9 and 18 carat gold is the percentage of gold in the alloy that makes up the jewel: in 18 carat gold there is 75% gold, while in 9 carat there is 37.5% gold. This affects the price and the preciousness of the jewel, but not the quality!

In fact, 9 carat gold jewelry may appear slightly less shiny and less "soft" than 18 carat, but these are characteristics that are imperceptible to the naked eye. In terms of the quality of the jewelry, nothing changes.

To find the right size for you, take a tape measure to measure the circumference of your wrist or neck; or take a thread, wear it around your wrist/neck, cut it to the length you like and finally measure its length with a ruler or a tape measure. If you'd like to have a piece of jewelry tightened or enlarged, contact us at ciao@jasgold.it. We'll provide instructions on how to ship the piece to us and adjust the size. You'll only have to cover shipping costs. For necklaces or bracelets, contact us to discuss the necessary adjustments and the potential cost.

Of course! Together with each jewel, you will receive the guarantee certificate that contains information on the carat of gold, any diamonds or information on precious and semi-precious stones. Each guarantee certificate contains the date of purchase of the jewel.
