What factors affect the price?
All our jewelry is handmade in 9 or 18 karat gold. Therefore, the price varies depending on
• the quantity of gold present in the jewel, therefore whether it is 9 or 18 carat gold (if you don't know the difference, consult our section with the most frequently asked questions ) and therefore the final weight of the jewel
• the presence or absence of precious or semi-precious stones and the quantity
• from the particularity

Each jewel is handmade, for you, at the time of order ✨
🌊 All jewelry ordered from July 1, 2024 will be processed in September and shipped towards the end of September.
⏳ Normal processing times are approximately 3 or 4 weeks from receipt of the order
✈️ As soon as your jewel is ready, we will send you the tracking code to follow the shipment which will take 1 or 2 working days

Soft rings fit tighter than hard rings. Therefore, you should buy 1 size larger than your usual size for hard rings.

If the size you chose is wrong, and
• you purchased the ring sizer , we can fix it for free; you will only have to pay the shipping costs of €20 in total (for outward and return shipping).
• you have not purchased the ring sizer , the cost of the repair service is €20 to which you must add shipping costs of €20 in total (for outward and return shipping).

NB Our jewels are custom made, for this reason it is not possible to make a return but we can adjust the size of your ring :)
Our packaging is entirely handmade using only recycled fabrics 🧵 For each order, we try to limit the use of resources by packing more jewels in the same pack.
🎁 If your order contains one or more gifts and you would like each piece of jewelry to be placed in different packages, please let us know in the order notes.
