How does online wedding ring consultation work?

The online consultation is free and without obligation. Book an appointment and we'll meet via video call, from the comfort of your home. During the call, I'll listen to you: you can tell me your ideas, preferences, and if there's any model that caught your eye on the website or elsewhere. I'll explain the differences between 9 and 18 carat gold, the various gold colours, and how to choose the one that best suits you and your style. If you already have a clear idea, I'll prepare a personalized quote; otherwise, I'll provide an indicative price range. If you're in the area, we can meet in person, otherwise we'll arrange for samples to be shipped so you can see the wedding rings up close before deciding.
Completion times

The lead time for making your wedding rings is approximately 2 or 3 months, so it's best to plan ahead. If you have any special requests regarding timing, please email us at ciao@jasgold.it and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

If you are in the Como, Milan, or Varese area, we can meet to design your wedding rings together. Booking an appointment allows you to see the finishes, try on models, and discuss every detail. If you are far away, we can also arrange video calls: there are no distance limits for our artisan wedding rings.
