Soft rings fit “tighter” than
to rigid rings. Therefore, you should choose one size larger than the rigid rings you normally wear. Below we explain how to find your size based on a rigid ring you normally wear.
Method 1
If you're looking to buy a ring but don't know your size, this is the perfect product for you. Our ring sizer will help you determine the circumference of your finger so you can find the right size for soft or hard rings.
If you purchased the ring sizer but your ring size is still incorrect, we can resize it free of charge within one month of receiving your order; you'll only have to pay shipping costs of €20 (for both outbound and return shipping).
If the ring sizer is purchased alone, shipping times are 2 business days ; if it is purchased with a piece of jewelry, it will be shipped with the jewelry, according to the standard jewelry processing times ( 3 or 4 weeks ). If, even if you have also purchased a piece of jewelry, you would like to receive the ring sizer earlier, please indicate this in the notes or write to us at ciao@jasgold.it .

All our jewelry is custom-made, so returns are not possible, but we can adjust your ring size.
If you purchased the ring sizer but your ring size still isn't correct, we can resize it for free; you'll only have to pay €20 shipping (for both outbound and return shipping).
If you have not purchased the ring sizer and your ring size needs to be adjusted, the repair service costs €20, plus €20 total shipping costs (for both outbound and return shipping).

Measure the inside diameter of a ring
1. Take a ruler and a rigid ring that you wear on the finger where you would like to wear the Jas Gold ring.
2. Place the ring on the ruler, so that the millimeters are visible inside the ring and so that the ruler cuts the ring in the center.
3. Then calculate the distance from one internal end to the other: that is, the internal diameter.
4. Compare the diameter of the ring with the table on the side to find your size.
